Your contributions are 100% tax-deductible, helping us support and provide essential resources for veterans in our community. Events like this, do not happen by themselves, so any and all assistance would be appreciated.

The volunteer meeting will take place on May 7th at 5 PM at the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, and dinner will be provided.

AGENDA

12:00 pm: Event Opens

12-2 pm: Crimson Heart to perform

12-3 pm: Fire Department/Paramedic Activations

12-4 pm: Pinellas County Sheriff’s Activations

2-3 pm: Welcome Announcements, prayer, Honor Guard performance,
National Anthem, Flyover and Drill team performance

3 pm: K9 activation from Pinellas County Sheriff

3-5 pm: Flo Raw to perform

4-10:00 pm: Crabby Bill’s VIP

5:00 pm: Live Game Show with cash prizes (by That Game Show Place!) & Check Presentations

5:30-10:00 pm: Crossfire Creek performs

8:15 pm: Sunset

10:00 pm: Event ends

What You Can and Cannot Bring to Hero Fest

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, please note the following:

Allowed Items:

  • Chairs: Feel free to bring your own folding chairs for comfort during the event.

  • Pets: Pets are welcome at Hero Fest! Please ensure they are leashed and under control at all times.

Prohibited Items:

  • Outside Food & Alcohol: For safety and event compliance, outside food and alcohol are not permitted at Hero Fest.

  • Coolers: Outside coolers are not allowed.

  • Large Bags or Backpacks: To ensure a smooth entry process and safety, please limit bag sizes to small personal items only.

  • Weapons or Illegal Substances: Absolutely no UNAUTHORIZED  weapons ALLOWED, no fireworks, or illegal substances are permitted.
